Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the es250i platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the es250i platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any service provided by es250i, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms set out in this document.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with es250i.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.
- Es250i reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Password Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- Es250i shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the es250i support team immediately.
- Users are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with any third party.
Platform Usage Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the es250i platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to hack, bypass, or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Using bots, automation software, or any other technological tools to manipulate games or transactions.
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through a platform account.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised means, including registering multiple accounts.
3. Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit Currency
All transactions on the es250i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using legitimate payment methods and in their own name. es250i does not accept third-party deposits.
Deposit
Deposits will be credited to your account balance once payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen. es250i is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of the KYC verification process. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform. es250i reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals if suspicious activity or a breach of the Terms is detected. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time.
Tax & Financial Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations or legal liabilities arising from winnings or activities on the platform, in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. es250i does not provide any tax or financial advice.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Es250i shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or loss of winnings due to the user's internet connection failure. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranty of continuous availability.
Account Suspension & Closure
Es250i reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, hacking attempts, or at the platform's reasonable discretion. Accounts closed due to a breach may not be entitled to any remaining balance, subject to investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the es250i platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of es250i or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial or public purposes without explicit written consent from es250i.
